How many apps can I run at once?
It depends on your plan's server size and the RAM each app needs. Starter fits roughly 3-4 typical apps, Pro roughly 8-10, and Team 20+. The dashboard's RAM budget bar shows exactly how much headroom you have left.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change plans at any time from the dashboard. Upgrading resizes your server up; downgrading requires you to be under the new plan's RAM budget first.
What happens to my apps if I downgrade below my usage?
You'll be asked to uninstall enough apps to fit the new plan's budget before the downgrade completes — nothing is removed automatically without your confirmation.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your silo runs on your own isolated VPS, and your data isn't shared with other customers. If you cancel, you can export your data before your silo is deprovisioned.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract — cancel from the dashboard whenever you want.
Do you offer a free trial?

Can I bring my own domain?
Yes, you can point your own domain at your silo's apps instead of using the default 9pods.io subdomain.
