This Privacy Policy describes how 9pods.io (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and dashboard at app.9pods.io.
Information we collect
Account information you provide directly (name, email, password), and operational data needed to run your silo (server metrics, installed app list, deployment logs).
How we use your data
To provide, maintain, and support your silo and account; to communicate with you about your account or service changes; and to improve the product.
Your data, your server
Each customer’s silo runs on an isolated VPS. Application data you store inside your installed apps is not shared with other customers and is not used to train any model.
Data retention and export
You can export your data before cancelling your account. After cancellation, your silo and its data are deprovisioned according to our retention schedule.
Third parties
We use infrastructure providers (Hetzner for compute, Cloudflare for tunneling and DNS) to operate the service. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver infrastructure, not for their own purposes.
